Executive Director, GLBMA and Director, Senior Business Adviser, MMTC-NE
Bockelman is responsible for providing technical consulting and training to small and mid-sized manufacturers within the State of Michigan. He works to improve the competitiveness of manufacturers in the State by assisting with activities that focus on quality systems, product and market diversification and process improvement initiatives.
Jeremy has more than 15 years of broad-based manufacturing experience, from operations to sales and marketing. Most recently, Jeremy was Managing Member of Cardinal Consulting Group, LLC, where he was responsible for assisting manufactures in the promotion, expansion, and diversification of key strategic product and market lines, as well as developing marketing and operational. His background also includes executive and middle management level positions in small and Fortune 50 companies.
He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University, a Masters of Business Administration degree from Saginaw Valley State University and graduate coursework from Michigan State University. Jeremy is a Certified Business Solutions Professional, Certified Public Manager, and Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist III. He is also a LEAN Champion and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Administrative Secretary, GLBMA & MMTC-NE
McQuarter is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and grant compliance within the office. She creates and maintains client proposals, following them through to the completion of the billing cycle. Additionally, she is responsible for ensuring the monthly financial reports by tracking expenses and processing invoices. She also tracks client survey status for each assigned manufacturer.
Kelly has clerical and customer service experience ranging from manufacturing to medical. Prior to this position, she worked in the Office of Multicultural Services on the campus of Saginaw Valley State University.
Kelly has an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Delta College.
Marketing and Event Specialist, GLBMA & MMTC-NE
Blehm is responsible for providing marketing assistance as well coordination of special events within the Northeastern region. She works to improve communications of events to manufacturers in the region by assisting with activities that focus on learning opportunities and networking events.
Prior to this position Tanya has held a number of positions within marketing and event coordination with a number of charitable and for profit organizations. She is well diverse in many areas of marketing and events from 25 to 2000 people.
Tanya has more than 25 years of customer service, sales, strategic marketing, and event coordination. She has held various positions within the manufacturing industry allowing her to gain knowledge in many areas from exporting to training program development. Her background also includes active roles in several local charitable organizations. Tanya currently serves as the Executive Director for Michigan Collegiate DECA.
She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Northwood University and is currently working on her MBA. Tanya is a Certified Public Manager, and Certified national DECA trainer. She is also a Nonprofit "Best Practices" certified.
